Public Works - Land Development

The Land Development Division:

  • Provides review of land development and subdivision projects to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and mitigate project impacts, and
  • Provides review of the following:
    • Subdivision Maps,
    • Parcel Maps,
    • Vacations,
    • Lot Line Adjustments, and
    • Certificates of Compliance and/or Correction.

Land Development: The following Standard Forms and AutoCAD Drawing Files may be used to assist you with your development application: (You will need Acrobat Reader to view/print the Forms, and AutoCAD 2000 or higher to view/print the Drawings)

All Public Works and new development construction projects shall comply with the City of Campbell’s Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction (dated July 1994), which can be purchased at the Public Works Department.
