A Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the City of Campbell, California for fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 has been prepared by the Finance Department and audited by Mayer Hoffman McCann, Certified Public Accountants.
The City is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and fairness of the data presented including all disclosures. The data included in this report is accurate in all material respects and is reported in a manner designed to present fairly the financial position and result of operations of the various funds and account groups of the City. Every endeavor has been made to present this report in a manner that enables the reader to gain an understanding of the City's financial affairs. It is the belief of the City that this report conforms substantially with the highest standards of public financial reporting as set forth by the following organizations:
- Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Committee on Governmental Accounting and Auditing;
