Introducing the iWorQ Service Request App!
The Public Works Maintenance Division uses a web-based program called iWorQ to create and manage work orders. We are pleased to roll out the iWorQ Citizen Engagement Module/App for the public and City staff. Anyone wishing to notify us of an issue in the public right-of-way, or on City property, that requires our attention will be able to submit a form to us, either by computer or a mobile device, and even attach a photo showing the issue.
