The City of Campbell Government Channel 26 has been in operation since 1997 as a convenient means for citizens to observe their local government decision-making processes. The Channel cablecasts live public meetings of the City Council on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm, and re-cablecasts Council meetings on the following Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Planning Commission meetings are cablecast on the second and fourth Tuesdays, also at 7:30 pm., and are re-cablecast on the following Fridays at 7:30 pm.

When meetings are not being cablecast there is a 24-hour Community message board which posts City-related services, programs, classes, City job announcements, Public Works projects in progress, public safety tips, and other general information of interest for Campbell citizens.
