These scam artists are very good and they often prey on your emotions to encourage you to send money.

According to the California Governor’s Crime Prevention Advisory Council 52% of eighth graders and 80% of high school seniors have used alcohol at some time. 25% of eighth graders and 62% of high school seniors report that they have been drunk. Vehicle Theft - National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) Report
DES PLAINES, Ill., June 21, 2011 – The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) reported today that 2010 continued the trend of declining national vehicle thefts for the seventh consecutive year. While the top five hot spots for 2010 showed an increase in thefts over the previous year, the other areas on the top 10 list actually had fewer thefts.
