Elder Abuse Hotline
1-800-414-2002 available 24 hours a day.

Case Manager
Provides in-home, comprehensive social service assistance, to Campbell’s frail, isolated, low-income, and at-risk elderly.

Fitness Pass
Passes for drop-in classes, gym, weight room, swimming pool, and badminton. $70/20 day; $40/10 day or $45 monthly.

Income Tax Assistance
Income tax assistance is seasonal.

Vial of Life
Emergency responder kit that contains a medical information form, a vial to store medical information and two stickers. Available in the Adult Center office.

VTA bus schedules available.

VTA Paratransit Services
Program available to those who are mobility limited and who do not have reasonable access to other transportation. For more information, call 408-952-4249.
